2. Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase, including the shipping address provided. Please review this email carefully. If you notice any errors in the shipping address, please contact us immediately at snowchildclothing@gmail.com  within 24 to request corrections. We cannot make changes to your shipping address after the order has been processed and shipped.

3. Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. 

4. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable if the incorrect address provided by the customer causes delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees as well as any product replacement cost associated with the reshipping of the order.
